Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, which you can use to track the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer shipping via UPS or USPS. Shipping starts at a flat rate of $10, but depending on the weight of your package, the rate may increase. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or international addresses.
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If there are any issues with your order or shipping, you will be notified promptly.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. However, if your package is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at srnm.emily@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Local Pickup
If you choose the local pickup option at checkout, the pickup location will be provided to you via email after your order has been placed.
